TIE-BREAK
As we had the points of each candidate added in each test, it could happen that some have the same. In order to rank these in different paths, it was first considered the number of points the candidates had in the personal interview. if the tie break persists, then it was considered each result of the psychological evaluation. At this District Selection Process, it was not taken in consideration a possible candidate’s relationship with a Rotary member. It is important to stress that during the whole selection process the candidate had a coded ID and his/her name is not used. |
